While we out here nimbling, scraping up every last penny to see just one of our favourite artists perform live in concert, Forest Hills Drive rapper J. Cole is sweeping through the States charging a buck upon entry to his ‘Dollar and a Dream’ tour. And it doesn’t end there, during last night’s show in LA, J.Cole brought out special guest Kendrick Lamar to the stage to help close the show.
With Cole as his hype man, Kendrick performed the hit tracks ‘Alright’, ‘Cartoons and Cereal,’ as well as ‘A Tale of Two Cities’, to the ecstatic crowd. Be sure to peep the fan footage in gallery (leaving sufficient time for vicarious pleasures) to watch K.Dot take the stage.
The star-studded night also included an appearance by Wale who performed his verse on the collab ‘You Got It’. This is the third year in a row Dreamville/Roc Nation talent J. Cole has pulled a stunt this dope.
